Best bike shop around these parts hands down. Owner is super friendly and knowledgeable. He will gladly do anything to help customers wether they're looking to purchase a new bike and/or accessories, needing repairs or general questions. Great prices too.
In my experience the service here has been Great! I had Rocky do a tune up on my GT mountain bike and it looked and rode like new. This knows what he is doing! The price was very fair for all of the work he did. This is a local store so of course he is not going to have the inventory of a chain shop, but I get to deal directly with the owner and I like that. He has lots of accessories to repair or improve your bike. this is a Great local Bike shop!!!!
Owner was very friendly and put together my bike that I purchased online (it was a condition of the warranty to be professionally assembled) for a very fair price. He'll have a customer in me for years to come. Definitely doesn't have that snooty bike shop vibe that so many have. I really like the down to earth, no frills vibe of the place.
I had gone by the shop a couple of times looking for a certain type of bike. The owner was awesome and patient while I asked questions. He found me a bike that fit my needs and was very helpful in adjusting the bike to my height.
